As long as your child is eating a well-balanced meal from the Food Guide Pyramid, they probably do not need any supplement minerals or vitamins. There are a few fluoride supplements that are very good for giving your child what they may be lacking; however, too much fluoride can stain their teeth. Nice useful post! Your child's eating habits and quality of the food determine whether your child is getting satisfactory amounts of vitamins. If your child is not taking a proper diet, children’s vitamins are nice alternatives to provide your child the required amount of vitamins.
